Vincent Alban is a senior undergraduate student in the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) honors program. He has been recognized for his outstanding work as a photojournalist and storyteller. During his time at RIT, Vincent pursued photo stories that helped contextualize social issues in urban communities, such as Rochester, N.Y., and Baltimore, Md., places with deeply connected communities and historical and systemic challenges. He feels reporting on these issues is important and hopes to continue throughout his career.
